駅から近く、青森の繁華街・商業地である新町に位置するため、なにかと便利です。 ホテルマンの方々の接客もとても気持ちの良いものでした。

設備が古いです。特に洗面所は古い便器の臭いがしていたので、その点は不満な点です。 また、部屋が想像していたよりも狭いです。 朝食に関しては、以前とても美味しかった記憶があるのですが、いくらかグレードダウンしたように思います。物価高の世ですので、これは仕方のないことだと思います。 もちろん、これらは個人の感想ですし、私はこの滞在に満足しています。
