C41-Cozy studio flat in Finchley Central

Location.

1. Heating/hot water: it wasn't working when I came in the evening. 14.5 C degrees in the flat (at least there was a fan heater), no hot water. They fixed it only the next day. 2. On the very first evening, the light in the bathroom went out. After a long investigation, a repairman came (after 9 p.m.!) and replaced the switch. 3. The heated towel rails were extremely dirty. 4. There are no water jet splitters in two of the three taps. Because of this, water flows behind the furniture, which leads to dampness. Lack of ventilation in the bathroom. 5. Little black flies from humidity in the bathroom. 6. Only some of the spots were lit, and even those were blinking, making it very difficult to read or write. 7. The kettle was in a terrible state inside. After rinsing, a lot of stuff (but not all!) came out. 8. There is absolutely no sound insulation (the neighbors are cheerful and often return late in the evening). 9. 3 (!) aroma diffusers for this tiny space.
