"disappointing in our stay but a good location."

location

sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. there were no mattress or pillow protectors. We were told that the central heating would work and it didn’t. lost power to unit over 3 hours. Our first night was very noisy due to a night club opened until 1:am. ongoing construction work going on throughout the day. cupboard that contained crockery smelt of smoke. plates and cups needed washing before use. washing machine stopped on spin cycle because the machine kept sliding on bathroom floor. would I stay here again??? NO!!
