Convenient location, but it is inside an alley and is a bit difficult to find at first.

No Elevator so had to carry heavy bags over a flight of stairs.

Super kind staff - very helpful and flexible with our delayed arrival. Very clean and spacious room and nice common area, great location. Hard but comfy and very big bed. We really recommend this place to stay in Chiang Rai :)

Posizione comodissima per raggiungere a piedi il Night Bazar e i siti da visitare in città. La stanza non molto grande, ma comoda e pulita.

Accoglienza frettolosa e impersonale, giusto il tempo di consegnare le chiavi e sono spariti per il resto dei giorni! Nessun consiglio, nessun supporto. Avevamo invitato una richiesta di check in anticipato a cui non hanno mai nemmeno risposto.. la stanza si trovava al secondo piano senza ascensore e non siamo nemmeno stati aiutati a portare su i bagagli. Davvero deludente

The hotel is well located, 10 min away from the Night Market. The staff is so nice, and the room was spacious and very clean. We’ve been travelling in Asia for 2 and half months now, and it’s one of the best accommodation we had.

You can hear a little bit the traffic from the road but nothing disturbing.

The room was perfectly comfortable and generally well-equipped. The beds were comfortable and the wifi worked.

I was traveling with a friend and booked a twin room, but we were given a double room. When I showed the proprietor the booking (clearly showing two separate beds and called "twin room"), he told me that there were no free rooms like that on that day. No refund offered, no apology given. We were able to push the beds apart, but ... that's not an acceptable thing for a hotel to do.
