Nice apartment, very well located; easy communication with the owner

The location was good

We got attacked by cocroaches. On the 3d day of our stay, the neighbor apartment had strong poisoning, and so cocroaches started to climb out from every hole away from the apartment. In apartment 2116, where we stayed, and the neighbor's 2115 apartment, we got a lot of cocroaches, all sizes big and small, and some bugs and spiders. The cocroaches were climbing through the wall out of the wifi router in our 2116 apartment. Security said it is a bad renovation made in flat. I really wish the owner takes steps in order to resolve this problem. We had to cancel the stay since day 3 because it was impossible to live with that situation. After a half day of killing cocroaches with our bare hands, we packed and left. We claimed our refund back for the unused 6 days. I had to call Booking.com UK support to help with the cancelation and pay 27 EUR for it. It is not ok to book such an apartment for 876 EUR and get such experience during your holiday. Disgusting and disappointing thing. I have never seen so many cocroaches in my life. Eventually, we got to the nice hotel with the half board, and the price was 1300 EUR. Think twice and read this feedback very carefully before you book this flat. Good luck.

Central location in playa del Ingles, beautiful swimming pool, confortable apartment.

Very dirty, we spend first couple of days to clean the apartment. The floor was black, the shet on the sofà and on the bed with pieces of dust and strange stains, the toilet with smel like a shit. Internet is for pay 7€ for day and also not good working

I was Self Catering. Restaraunts a Plenty. I recommend a Trip to Meloneras, Restaraunts are the best . Location was superb,Ground Floor ,50 steps from the Pool. 15 minute walks to Playa del Inglese and Masapalomas. Next door to Kasbah Centre (A bit the worse for wear nowadays) Taxi and Bus Service Near by. (bus Service is amazing and very Reasonable) All in all,I was sad to come home. Only one slight Negative,the bedroom is small. (double Bed just fits, but it was comfy. (after all your only in it to sleep ) Also my thanks to Sebastian for letting me stay on till 7pm for my Taxi to airport for 9.35pm Flight. Much appreciated.
