because way we’ve been treated cannot say anything positive unfortunately

caravan was not cleaned before arrival all bedding was filthy from matteress sheets to duvets to pillows covered in hair and dirt , bath room had public hair , cooker had food all underneath , smoke alarm kept going off table was wonky no wifi and serious issues with property owner refusing help us and leaving us with no where sleep with children with medical needs , i’m not one complain i sent all evidence of beds to landlord and they done absolutely nothing help us and said it’s not responsibly to provide clean beds absolutely shocking truly is i cannot recommend this caravan to stay in , this resulted to us all sleeping rough in a car because they refused help

The rooms are clean and up to standard.

The place was good and clean,the host should improve on communication. We did not have power the entire night, we called her and sent messages several times with no luck,,she however responded in the morning and sorted the power issue, other than the cold night we experienced due to gas shortage ,the place was good. .Booking.com did not inform us that all the facilities at the place were closed, instead they used them for advertising and misled us into opting for the place.

The caravan itself was nice and clean

The space of the bathroom and rooms. The fact that there’s no dish cloths. The fact that the facilities was close and not indicated in the advertisement. So in essence the picture and all is misleading. We looked forward to a fun filled activity weekend with our kids and to get on the park having to learn that it’s closed was disappointing.

This property seemed brand new. It was just what we needed and it was all very easy and straightforward.
