Great location with nice view of ocean and port. Easy access to restaurants and shopping, cheap car parking nearby. Apartment was clean and comfortable

The location and view is a 10/10, perfect central location. The staff were very friendly, gave me extra towels on request before I arrived, and there is a washing machine if you need to wash them. The facilities were good, plenty of toilet roll. Secure locks so we felt safe. Netflix etc on the TV.

A few stains around the property like on the cushions and curtain. The soap in the shower was very difficult to get out so we had to buy our own shower gel.

The check in an instructions was excellent The view from the apartment was superb

Toilet hadn't been cleaned as paper an rubbish left in it by previous occupiers. No pillow cases left, the cleaner dropped off the following morning but walked straight into the apartment without knocking previously. Only two small pillows provided, against a metal headboard made sitting up in bed having a leisurely brew in bed impossible! The bed mattress was very hard/firm so didn't provide an comfortable night's sleep. The bedroom wardrobe was adequate in size, but quite dated an the clothes smelt musty as the wooden drawers were old an not easy to pull out. So only used it to hang clothes Overall a great location but the apartment is dated an could do with modernising to today's standards

My wife and I stayed for 8 nights, my wife selected the apartment based on the very attractive photos on the web site ,we were not disappointed. Overall we had a good experience, the apartment block itself is somewhat "tired" , the lifts very small but functioned ok. The apartment is in an excellent location with spectacular views of the harbour and the visiting cruise ships. The apartment was very well equipped ,and the overall presentation with its quirky original design art details and decoration provided an interesting aspect to the interior. A few additional attention to details would include replacing the pillows on bed , and re grouting the tiles in the bathroom, but overall a good experience. The agents pre-trip information, meet and greet and departure was excellent. They set up a WhatsApp group so we could contact them at anytime if required, and this meant arrival and keys were simple. Great idea!
