Plumeria Room on a Lush Farm on Maui's North Shore

The property was absolutely beautiful with lots of great amenities. The staff was also super nice and helpful.

Be aware that the road and driveway down are both pretty rough. We wished we would have known that before so we could have gotten a car with 4 wheel dive. With the right car it’s not a big deal at all. Just to make others aware.

beautiful location. we loved the hot tub overlooking the cliff and hiking to the secret waterfall.

Overall lovely all around. Everything is well maintained. Being out in nature is always healing but this is a new level of calm and recharge.

I didn’t feel like I could park by where we were staying. It’s so narrow that if the two parking spots were full, you’d have to fully back out down the driveway to get out. We ended up just parking by the office and walking over.

The accommodation on the farm is equivalent to a very nice backpackers. The plumeria room had a mini fridge, coffee machine (with coffee and creamer), a microwave, a hair dryer, and a standing fan. The bathroom had soap/shampoo, conditioner and body lotion provided. I found a clothes iron in the cupboard. The location is quiet and tranquil, and it was well located for exploring the road to Hana and for driving to Haleakala. The staff was very friendly. You have access to a communal kitchen (think backpackers in terms of tidiness etc). There is a hot tub on a deck with a magnificent view. You also have access to a pool and sauna. And you can use the laundry facilities in the evening.

The mattress was not excellent, but as I said, it is more like a backpackers than a hotel, so totally acceptable. (Another thing, every time I went to the hot tub deck to take in the view, there was a naked man either sprawling on the sun lounger or getting out of the hot tub. I don't have an issue with nudity per se, but I think they should inform guests whether bathing suits are required or not.)
