Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable, thanks in large part to the excellent accommodations. The place was impeccably clean, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. The host was particularly impressive, demonstrating a customer-oriented approach with a friendly demeanor that added a personal touch to our experience. Everything we needed was included: a variety of beverages, some tasty snacks, and convenient parking—a definite plus. Additionally, the location was ideal, being just close enough to the city center to make exploring Bologna both easy and delightful. Overall, our stay was superb, and the attention to detail by our host made it truly memorable.

Very friendly host, who allowed us to check in early and also we appreciated the drinks and sweets! A lot of thoughtful touches for visitors. It’s a great location with a nearby bus stop to quickly get to the center. Plentiful free parking out front.

The bed was too firm for me to be able to sleep well, but it’s a matter of preference.
