The beautiful open concept of the house. All the amenities the beds were super comfortable, not to mention the wonderful Jacuzzi the host was extremely helpful the entire time leading up to it and the whole time while we were there.

I loved everything about it

Everything was very well thought out at the house. It was beautiful and very clean. Great open spaces. The beds were super comfortable. The firepit outside was great. There were lawn games in the shed. Check in and out were super easy.

My only things I would say that were not perfect was when I would email with a question two people would respond and not always with the same answer and they seem to not communicate with each other but that was not a big deal. Another small thing I would have recommended was for the house to have a full length mirror somewhere. Hyannis has also seemed to have gotten very busy and a little less desirable of a location in my opinion but the house was great!

The bathroom for two bedrooms is downstairs but that really wasn’t a bother for us - it might impact some sharers.

The property had everything you could need. It was beautifully designed and comfortable for our family. The beds were memory foam and very comfortable.

Really nothing we didn’t like about the property. The neighborhood was ok, definitely the nicest house on the block but really wasn’t an issue at all.

This place is a absolutely gorgeous! Well laid out.

Need some hooks for hanging wet towels, water pressure was not good in master shower, would like a coffee table in tv room.

Where do I start with this review. Frank the host communication was 10/10, we received a lovely message with the key code and detailed information, you could tell from the message that Frank appreciates his guests and wants them to have the best stay possible. The location is great, the area is peaceful and quite, the odd plane taking off but that's to be expected due to the location to cape cod airport. The house is stunning, and great for 2 people or a family. The property is excellent for all year round stays. What you see on the pics is true but when you arrive you gasp that it's all correct and above expectations. If we do go back to Cape Cod we will for sure be renting with Frank again.

We liked everything! This house is incredible with such cozy rooms ☺️we loved spending 4 nights here and would have stayed longer😊
