B&B Piazza Roma

A very disturbing experience. The host uses indoor security cameras to monitor guests in real-time and even speaks to you through the camera speaker. She entered my private room without permission or notice while I was away. The kitchen listed in the facilities cannot be used for cooking. Breakfast was not provided when the local bakery was closed. I had lukewarm water for three days. On top of that, the host tried to overcharge me by €20 compared to the Booking.com price for an extension. Complete lack of privacy and professionalism. Avoid this place! IT: Esperienza molto inquietante. La proprietaria utilizza telecamere interne per monitorare gli ospiti in tempo real-time e parla persino attraverso l'altoparlante della telecamera. È entrata nella mia stanza privata senza permesso né preavviso mentre ero fuori. La cucina non può essere utilizzata per cucinare. La colazione non è stata fornita perché il forno era chiuso. Ho avuto acqua tiepida per tre giorni. Inoltre, la proprietaria ha cercato di farmi pagare 20€ in più rispetto al prezzo di Booking per il prolungamento del soggiorno. Totale mancanza di privacy e professionalità. Sconsigliato!

Frühstück beim Bäcker dahinter mit Gutschein. Für den deutschen Magen zu wenig, allerdings beste Qualität. Im B & B selbst kann man Tee und Kaffee machen.

Zu kalt, Klimaanlage hat nicht geheizt, war nur laut keine Parkplätze vorhanden

Très bien situé car dans le centre historique et sur la Via Francigena. Logement propre et confortable. Bonne communication avec l'hôte.

Chambre très petite. Pas de possibilité d'utiliser la cuisine ni la machine à café.

Accoglienza squisita e magnifica posizione

Camera piccola ma estremamente funzionale, elettronica e pulita. Al piano terra si trova una cucina con tutto l'occorrente per un ottimo soggiorno. Proprietaria e staff estremamente gentili e disponibili!

W hotelu jest aneks kuchenny którego nie można używać. Po oprowadzeniu mnie przez właścicielkę zrozumiałem, że kuchnie można używać. Kiedy zrobiłem sobie zakupy i chciałem zrobić śniadanie, okazało się że nie wolno korzystać z kuchni. Pokój gościnny jest to pomieszczenie do którego mają wszyscy lokatorzy dostęp (czego nie ma w opisie ). Tak naprawdę masz tylko mały lub bardzo mały pokój z łazienką ponieważ gościnny jest dla wszystkich. Ja tam już więcej nie będę rezerwować pokoju

Il B&B è situato sulla Piazza principale del paese e abbiamo potuto apprezzare la sagra delle castagne e assaggiare vino novello, tutto a porttata di mano, infatti si scendeva dalla camera che da direttamente sulla piazza. Giochi, musica, intrattenimenti, spettacoli, sbandieratori, una vera avventura a Norma e grazie al B&B Piazza Roma dove ci ha accolto e coccolato per tutto il tempo la nostra host.
