Location great and lovely clean apartment

There was an issue dropping the keys off at the petrol station, the key would not scan, I immediately informed the owner of this, took a photo of me handing the keys over. I have asked numerous times if they have received the keys but I have not received a response?

Noise, but it was pride weekend

The place was utterly awful. It took me 30 minutes to find it after picking up a key from a petrol station down the road. The hallways stunk of cannabis and urine. The flat itself was acceptable, but the advertisement is just a lie. No coffee shop. No reception. No concierge. No fitness centre. It was a social housing block of flats. I left within 5 minutes and booked a different hotel. Disgusted.

Comfortable and clean. Quite near to the station.

The fact that it was in a tower block. There were no pictures of the outside of the property and no mention of this in the information. The area around the property was quite run down.

The apartment is a large, well furnished, well equipped 2 bedroom apartment, in a good location close to downtown Birmingham. The beds are comfortable in both rooms. The bathroom was modern.

There were issues with cleanliness, notably the exterior window were covered in thick grime, while the small balcony was also dirty. The apartment lobby also had a noticeable stench. There was no heat. There's some outside noise.
