1. В квартире было грязно,пыльно, в посудомоечной машине была грязная посуда. 2. В ванной грязная ванная, отсутствие замка. 3. Квартира была забронирована на 5 человек. Нам было предоставлено 4 подушки, 2 простыни и 2 пододеяльника. Ни одного одеяла. И отсутствие ещё одного спального комплекта. Когда мы попросили принести недостающий комплект для сна, управляющий потребовал доплату( 10 евро), дополнительно к цене Букинга. 4. Отсутствие одеял вообще. 5. Ужасные продававленные подушки. 6. Место для парковки за 10 евро в сутки. 7.В Румынии мы планировали общаться на румынском,управляющая компания общается только на английском. 8. Кондиционеры не работали. На фото спальное место для 3 человек(((( Для нашей семьи -это был ужасный вариант для ночёвки(((.Только отрицательный опыт с этим размещением.

A perfect accommodation. The apartment is located in a new, quiet neighborhood with many families and young people. The area has green spaces, a playground for children, and a Profi supermarket just 5 minutes away from the apartment. The apartment has 2 modernly furnished rooms, equipped with everything you need (a fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, TV with a Netflix subscription, bright, a balcony with a glass wall, etc.). The people managing the accommodation are very friendly and understanding, and they even offered me a free parking spot. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience for me.

The accommodation is modern, functional and clean.. The kitchen is equipped with the basics. If you are a cook or if you would need to cook for many people the kitchenware won't be enough and, you won't be provided even if you ask for it. In the Booking.com is advertised the accommodation has two rooms but it has only one bedroom. The other room (living room plus kitchen) is not suitable to accommodate more people. The location is fair if you want to stay in the sector 6. Keep in mind the accommodation is located in a building complex and to find the apartment is not straightforward. Also, the security entry procedures are little bit confusing. It is required to do an online check in filling in an online form and you will be requested to attach your ID along with all the people who will stay in the accommodation. If you don't do it you won't be allowed to enter in the accommodation even though you have paid for it. Concerning the parking it is available on spot but you need to ask for it otherwise you won't be able to park your car. The good thing there's a WhatsApp channel where someone will assist you.

As I have explained above the parking lot has to be separated booked and to be separated paid, as well. Due to the parking payment issue I was blocked to enter in the accommodation even I have paid for it. The excuse was the usual system issue. The fact the parking could be blocked but not to block me and my wife outside. To get in and to get out in the building complex is not simple. There are many entries gates but only one is accessible for those who live there.
