extremely uncomfortable bed mattresses. If I have opted for a double bedroom, why was i provided with two single bed size mattresses with a pronounced edge that would rub against the back harshly on lying down on bed. Also, i had asked for an extra cup for drinking tea as only one had been provided and it was provided after 5 hours of making call to the reception. Also, only one towel was provided for two persons staying at the hotel. A disappointing experience overall! The only friendly staff i came across was the security guard managing the parking lot. he was really nice and polite.

Few basic medical needs should be arranged by the hotel for the clients.

There is no medical store near the hotel

Good room size , nice bar and cafe and fitness centre. Staff were very helpful. It was clean.

Room was cold and the bathroom needed a refurb. The bed was too hard.

Make sure to check your bill, they charge service charge by default on the bill, which is optional to pay. I told that I will pay service charge on room service for food but wouldn't pay service charge on room tariff. Which they agreed.
