"Beautiful apartment but lacks a few key amenities."

Apartment was stunning and had excellent access. Apartment was well stocked with kitchenware which is a rare thing. Communication was excellent and prompt.

Was too hot and no fans or Aircon. Location being outside the wetherspoon means you cannot have windows open if you hope to get any sleep before 5am. Shower was weak and WiFi poor.

"Superb"

Very clean and organised interior and very spacious. Excellent location as the city centre is a stones throw away.

The heating was not very suitable as couldn't increase the temperature to more than 22 degrees.

"Great location for accessing all that Southampton has to offer . It took us 15 minutes to walk from the station , 20 mi"

The property is located in the centre of town . Close to west quay shopping and the main high street shops . 15-20 minutes walk from train station. (Google maps will send you to the postcode area . Top tip head to the end of high street , it’s between the Lidl and whetherspoons on the opposite side ) The property was bright and spacious , bigger than I thought it would be , plenty of space . Instructions to enter the apartment etc was excellent (video was informative) . The owners were super efficient in keeping in contact and gave their details if there was any concerns .

The electric shower did the job however the temperature was temperamental . If you have mobility issues it may not be good for you as 40 steps to climb ( not an issue for us) .
