The staff were very kind! The place felt very welcoming.

The rooftop could do with a bit more maintenance. And our seating space in the room had a view of a abandoned looking BBQ patio.

Almost everything. The room I book said it has seaview which was actually 1 small section to see the sea from the room. The futon was not comfortable at all, which I have back pain the next morning. The aircon automatically switch off in the middle of night, and I have to wake up to turn back on. There is no hotel logo or sign anywhere in front of the property until I went in the hotel.. worst experience I ever experienced and not value for money at all.

Room is just like in photo. Authentic Japanese atmosphere with a mattress that is placed on the floor.

We didn't have breakfast at the hotel

I enjoyed the breakfast. The building and the room were very nice and pleasant. This was my first time staying in a traditional Japanese-style room with tatami mats, a futon, and sliding doors, and it was a great experience. The man who runs the hotel is incredibly kind and friendly. I struggled communicating in Japanese, but he was ready and able to explain the hotel's policies in English. A very nice place.

I had some Internet issues, but overwise, my experience was great!
