Beautiful setting yet close to town. Fully stocked ( with utensils, pots, pans, dishes) kitchen and bathroom. Deck. Comfortable queen bed. Friendly hosts, horses on the property. Close to hiking trails including Appalachian Trail.

Wifi weak in living room, couldn’t get it in bedroom; no streaming services on tv that we could get. Would have loved a comfortable chair in living room to supplement the couch. We had 3 Adults.

super friendly. super close to the university. Best owners - got a bluberry pie on my way back to Boston ;-).

Carolyn and Robert are fabulous hosts! So very generous with their time, information, and food in their pantry! And did I mention the fabulous breakfast?!

Robert and Carolyn went out of their way to make sure my daughter and I arrived safely in the midst of a snowstorm, checking in on us while we were on the road. When we got to the farm, they helped us order dinner and we had such a special time sharing our meal with them and watching SNL together. In the morning, Carolyn prepared French toast for us! The whole stay felt like we were staying with old friends.

Nothing except we wished we were able to stay longer!

Beautiful views and fantastic friendly hosts in a one of a kind wood beamed farm house. Homey experience - Carolyn and Robert treated me like an old friend and I slept soundly in the clean country room.
