"Very bad behaviour from owners and they will charge after you leave a lot of money so be careful do not book this house"

We booked the place But after we left for tow towels they charge 200£ And also as much as you clean the house they are never happy and they will make you to pay for the cleaning 300£ I have receipts

Lovely and spacious home. The spa was a real treat. Everything you might need was provided, including a heated clothes horse to dry the spa towels. Great sized dining table for meal times and card games, and easy walking distance to 2 local pubs. Everyone was able to relax and have fun in this super house.

"I would happily recommend this property and would definitely consider rebooking."

The location was just as we imagined. Convenient for Southwold and Lowestoft. The spa was something else. I don't normally like them but the scale of this one meant the grandchildren loved it... and so did I.

We liked pretty much everything. Certainly nothing I would be petty about in terms of criticism.
