"Food served in restaurant was tasty. Hotel location is good. Services needs to be stepped up."

Decent breakfast. Good and quiet location. Good tasty food preparation. Curious and helpful staff in restaurant.

Food / hotplate temperature not maintained. House keeping need to be improved a lot. Horrible lift. Kids needs to be extra careful.

The whole hotel, the property is very old, not maintained, there were pest. changed rooms two times. The showers weren't maintained, rusty, The food quality was below par in terms of taste. many more...

"bad experience! last mins hotel advised our part reservation was cancelled without any prior notice!"

the staff need to be more welcoming. we had a booking for 3 nights, upon check in, the receptionist told us we don't have reservation for 1 night but on paper it was confirmed. even on the email they received from booking.com. they said booking.com did not sent the confirmation or voucher- this was a lame excuse!! with a kid, we had to find another hotel at 8pm. the behaviour and reasoning of the receptionist was not appropriate!!!
