O apartamento está remodelado e encontra-se novo. Está bem equipado com os equipamentos necessário para fazer pequenas refeições como o pequeno almoço. No entanto , falta máquina de lavar louça.

Pese embora a boa localização , perto da Praça de Sé, Centro Histórico, Castelo e rua dos Museus, o apartamento está localizado numa rua muito movimentada. Não tem estacionamento o que se torna muito complicado para carga e descarga da bagagem . Ouve-se muito a rua ( veiculos motorizados ) ; soalho do andar de cima muito barulhento e o apartamento partilha umas escadas ? com outro andar, onde apenas existe uma porta a dividir . Apesar de novo e bem remodelado é difícil descansar.
