The room and the beds where great! Private beach next to the swimming pool was nice. Also the breakfast was good!!!

"It was, overall, an excellent stay."

Very quiet location on the beach. It has an excellent buffet breakfast, the staff are friendly and kind. Restaurant is excellent as well. Excellent swimming pool.

I killed 6 cockroaches in my room. The gap in the outside door or the shower drain most likely how they enter. The spa needs an activation button rather than set time for the pump to run.

"Beautiful views, a work in progress."

Loved the view and they helped me upgrade my room easily to have a nicer view.

I had to ask for a lot of things I needed, that weren't provided. I left a very important item there and the staff were so unhelpful, I had to get off my bus and come back to find it for myself.

"Tuy 2 ngày 1đêm nhưng rất thích resort. Sạch sẽ yên tỉnh. Rất thư giản sau nhiều ngày làm việc mệt mõi."

Yên tĩnh. Phòng cách âm tốt. Bãi biển đẹp. Phòng hướng biển khi mở cửa ban công nghe tiếng sóng rõ. Rất thư giản.

1. Check in xong. Vào phòng,lang cang của ban công tầng 2. Nhiều bông cây dừa. 2. Sáng đi ngắm bình minh. Trái dừa trên cây rơi xuống cách mình khoảng 3~4m. Mong resort chú ý hơn vì gió lớn dừa rụng trúng du khách. 3. Không có tiểu cảnh đặc trưng của resort để du khách chụp hình check in khi đến resort nghĩ dưỡng.

Супер отель! Нет недостатков и нет ни одного замечания! Все отлично! Чистота в номере, полотенца меняют каждый день, постель тоже! Есть пляжные полотенца! Лежаки и на море и на бассейне, всегда есть свободные, никто за них не бьется и просто так не занимает! Нам по техническим причинам сделали абгрейд номера с делюкса с видом на море на люкс с видом на море, это было волшебно! Огромный номер с собственной огромной террасой!!! Завтраки достаточно приличные, всегда были сытыми, фрукты 4-5 видов, выпечка 2-3 вида! Персонал сказочный, приветливый, всегда быстро решает все проблемы! Есть своя парковка в цокольном этаже, очень удобно когда берёшь байк! Кафе вокруг полно, но те что получше они немного отдалены, ближе к центру! Мы однозначно вернёмся в полюбившейся нам отель Novela!!!
