Ell Star 2 Apartment

Очень понравились все удобства в номере — была стиральная машина, ванные принадлежности, чай и кофе. Абсолютно все было превосходно чистым и аккуратным. Замечательная хозяйка, всегда была на связи и мило общалась, отвечая на все вопросы) Смогли заселиться даже раньше указанного в бронировании времени. Очень удобно, что рядом с апартаментами есть 2 супермаркета.

Le logement est très bien équipée, le port est un peu loin mais un parking gratuit est situé proche de celui-ci. Ana nous a super bien accueilli !

Das Apartment ist kompakt, aber sehr gut geschnitten und geräumig eingerichtet – alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden und bei meiner Ankunft blitzsauber. Ana hat mir gleich geschrieben, dass ich mich wie zuhause fühlen soll und auch Duschbad und Putzmittel benutzen kann, wenn ich mag – das hat mir ein willkommenes Gefühl gegeben. Die Lage ist super: man ist schnell im Zentrum oder in Porto Montenegro, die Fähre Lepetane–Kamenari erreicht man ebenfalls rasch. Aus dem Fenster sieht man das Wasser. Obwohl das Gebäude direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt, war es angenehm ruhig. Kleine Supermärkte und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend: Küche mit Herdplatte, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank und Sandwich-Toaster – für Frühstück völlig ausreichend. Ich habe auch die Waschmaschine genutzt und den Pool mit den Liegen, die zum Apartment gehören. Besonders wertvoll war der Platz in der Tiefgarage, da Parken in der Umgebung schwierig ist. Klimaanlage und Streaming-TV haben ebenfalls super funktioniert. Ana ist eine großartige Gastgeberin: immer erreichbar, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Sie hat mir Tipps gegeben und mir bei der Abreise sogar mit meinem schweren Gepäck geholfen, als wegen Bauarbeiten spontan der Strom ausfiel und der Fahrstuhl nicht funktionierte. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut fair. Ich empfehle das Apartment gern weiter – ideal für Alleinreisende oder Paare, die ein sauberes, gut gelegenes Zuhause auf Zeit suchen.

Cozy and clean apartment. There are enough dishes in the apartment: cups, plates, cutlery. There was a compliment from the hostess - a mini bar. It was nice that there were packages of pasta, bread, tea and coffee. The pool is very helpful if you do not have a time to reach the sea. It seems, that the neighbours observed, if you visited the pool after 9 p.m. There are shops near the apartment. The owner is always in touch, friendly, answers all questions, helped with the bus schedule, brought a lot of water herself when it was suddenly turned off throughout the city.

Low ceiling above the added floor, where is located the bed-zone. For a person taller than 170 cm it will be difficult. Not a very large area of the apartment. I think if we stayed for a long time it would be uncomfortable.

She is sooo nice the owner! Super good apartment, everything is there! The pool was nice, and the location too, very close to 3 supermarkets, 2 min walk. And to the beach is was 10 min walk. Will def. recommend this plays to others.

Nothing we didnt like!

Loved the location - just a 3 minute walk down to the water and a lovely restaurant. The walk into the centre of Tivat was gorgeous along the waterfront. Seamless checkin experience too, and having the car space was great.

The mezzanine was very low in height.
