Newly! 3BDR Modern Villa Close To Ubud Center

Vila blízko centra Ubudu, dobrá lokalita. Tri prostorné ložnice, jedna zadní ložnice v soukromí, protoze se nenacházela v hlavní části vily. Uricte hodnotim pozitivně klid a soukromí, u te třetí zadní ložnice bych ocenila samostatný barel na vodu v pokoji. Naprosto fantasticky velikánský bazén, skvělé zazemi a gauč pod zastřešeným venkovním posezením.

Trochu bych zapracovala na úklidu a vyměnila bych lehátka, bylo vidět, že jsou již celkem opotřebovaná.

Location was really quiet but also very close to main centre. Great restaurants around, right above, across the road, and down towards main area. Lovely little coffee shop at front door of villa. Beautiful view over rice fields. The property is really nice, beds are comfortable and the staff were really helpful.

Didn’t realise that one bedroom was separate to the living areas/ other rooms which worried us a bit with kids being in there alone but turned out fine as we felt very safe. Lounges could definitely use an upgrade they’re not very comfortable. A toaster would be a very welcome addition.

You will not be disappointed by this absolute gem neatly tucked away in Ubud, away from the hustle and bustle of inner Ubud - but only a short taxi or 15min walk away from the centre with its palace and markets. We are a family of five - two adults, one teen and two younger children. The villa - called Sanvadita Dua Villa for Google map purposes - is perfect for six people with three bedrooms, including two super king-size and two queen size (and very comfortable) beds, each with their own en-suite shower rooms and toilet (all indoors). There is a second living area that is outdoors. It’s very comfortable and great for relaxing in the evenings and listening to the crickets and frogs. The building has been well organised so that you can enter through the main living area and bedrooms are located off to the sides of the lounge - meaning that you can easily keep mozzies out of the bedrooms. Bedroom three is located separately on the other side of the pool but still close by. All rooms have doors that can open out onto the pool area/courtyard, although we only used the main entrance to the lounge to access outside. This was mostly to keep out bugs but, to be honest, considering this is in the middle of the jungle and adjacent to a rice paddie we needn’t have worried as we only had two mozzies, one centipede and a few ants come inside in the week that we were there. Plus each room has netting around each window. The villa and outdoor area was noticeably bug-free and clean - albeit we stayed in the dry season in early August. I was generally worried about the mosquitoes and staying near the paddies but we wore Jungle Formula Deet (strength 4) and none of us were bitten - even though we also explored the paddies, the waterfalls and sat out every evening. Food/drinks options: This villa is located literally next door to Pubas cafe, which was a great, clean, quiet and inexpensive little spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and an evening cocktail.

Spacious rooms big enought pool and nice view.

Just to extend couple of hours they requested 150 usd.. Hair dryer is a joke. They didnt replanish soup or shower gels..

I liked the size of the whole place, the pool was nice and big. The fact you have three whole bedrooms for that price is great.

Could have been our issue as we like the air-conditioning cold but it felt like the air-conditioning was not cooling down the room very well at times. Out of their control but there sometimes was bugs in the pool and the location was okay as you could get a taxi and be in the main part of Ubud in 5 mins but obviously abit closer would be good.

What a find! We booked this at short notice and Wayan replied immediately with directions to the property and instructions to collect the keys. The villa is a standalone property, with only one other next door but completely separate. Recently built, the property is well equipped with all the home comforts, kitchen appliances, utensils and even a filtered water dispenser. The villa has 3 x bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. King beds are in two of the rooms and twin beds in the last room, which is set aside, across the pool. (You walk around the pool to access this room). The view from the villa is very peaceful, and looks over a local rice paddy field. You can read a book or swim in the pool and look out over the fields. The alfresco area, outside the main bedroom, has all the touches, including a covered seating area, 4 x lounges beside the pool with soft cushions, a bale style seat and power points for ease of connection. The villa is decorated simply and tastefully, with two restaurants within a 1-2 min walk. We were only a 10 min scooter ride from the centre of Ubud (longer in a taxi, due to the maddening traffic jams of Ubud), being well placed to access town, or travel further north to Tagallalong. We loved our stay here and Kadek, the property staff, offered to clean each day, although we didn't really need it, but she was always on hand, if needed. We felt spoilt here and would love to return. Highly recommend.

Nothing too major, just little things to be aware of...... next door is a lovely cafe but on Thurs-Sun nights, they invite guest DJs to play music. The pumping sounds can be heard from inside the villa until the wee hours but are muffled somewhat. Still, You need to be prepared to listen to some base tunes whilst falling off to sleep on these nights. Lots of little ants appear each day (probably being monsoon season) but we expect this, as we're next to rice paddies. Kadek also made an effort to spray any insects and clean up each day. (Thank you ;) ) No breakfast or food options are available, however, the kitchen is well equipped, with a small convenience store next door and reasonably priced cafes for breakfast.
