Everything the couple in the flat below us had a massive domestic issue and we had to ring police for her safety and our lock on our room door didn't lock so didn't feel safe with the screaming and severely affected my mental health and partner had to stay awake all night sat by door with siitcase behind the door as was really scared the guy was going to attack us for ringing the police now they are trying to say I damaged my room and charge Me when I never caused any damage I actually cleaned the room before we left !

3 days without warm water and its built for people who are small was constantly banging head

1- the bed was broken and my son had to sleep on the sofa 2-the fridge was very loud and leaked 3- the stairs were very steep and had no working lights with very low ceilings 4- there did not seem to be an adequate fire escape 5- the owner did not answer my calls or text to the number on the website when I wanted to contact them for some advice and help.

Studio was spacious and clean. Kitchen was great. Comfortable sofa with TV opposite were good.

The bed was very uncomfortable and could feel the springs. No hairdryer. Flat was cold, couldn't put on a heater during the horrendous storm that was raging outside.
