Beds, view and everything js good except listed below

Some facilities dont work, shower too hot and not adjustable, half of the table is broken, tv not working, not enough plates, flush not working, not enough switch near cooking area

Great communicative and cooperative host!

Had some problems with toilet 🪠 that were eventually resolved. One of the Aircon units was very weak.

Close to everything

It’s not cleaned. Cupboards stinks, cockroaches in there. No hot water, no complementary items. No bathmat. Cups and plates are dirty.

"We did not even stay. We booked two rooms which were confirmed. When we got there there was only one"

We book two rooms. When we got there, only one room was available and the person in charge was very rude, telling us to go somewhere else. We waited for almost an hour and we were so tired we decided to move to another hotel . It was past 10 pm and we were tired from previous trips. Am demanding a refund but she has not responded to my calls and emails. PLEASE ASSIST IN GETTING REFUND FOR US.
