Dům je v řadové zástavbě z čehož oba sousední domy jsou v dezolátním stavu. jeden z nich se v současné době opravuje takže je zde slyšet v pracovní dny hluk od ranních hodin. Před domem je značný nepořádek

Czystość w obiekcie na bardzo dobrym poziomie, bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Dobra lokalizacja, blisko plaża, plac zabaw i lodziarnia. Nie było większych problemów z parkingiem, aczkolwiek od czasu do czasu trzeba było zrobić kilka okrążeń, żeby znaleźć miejsce parkingowe.

Ogólnie obiekt mi się podobał. Na pewno wyposażenie kuchni mogłoby być lepsze, jest bardzo podstawowe, brak chociażby jednego porządnego nożna, czy kieliszków do wina. Sąsiednie budynki to pustostany lub obiekty w remoncie, przez co przed obiektem zbiera się różne towarzystwo. Wieczorami do późnych godzin bardzo głośno, przez budynkiem czas spędza lokalna młodzież, która jest bardzo hałaśliwa. Jeśli ktoś wybiera się z małym dzieckiem, to lepiej wybrać sypialnie nie od frontu budynku

Very beautiful house with a lot of potential. We loved the garden and the lovely rooms. The location is perfect: very close to the beach and to the main road, also a few steps away from the gelato place. :) Very pretty house, completely equipped with everything one might need, Loved it!

The bathrooms, especially the showers, are in desperate need of renovation. The TV was not working. The WiFi signal wasn't strong enough to reach the bedrooms on the second floor.

It's a big house very close to the beach and the ice cream right next to the house is exceptionally good. Each room has air conditioning. The Pizza tasted great and had good value in every restaurant, the other food and prices were ok.

It didn't bother us, however sometimes the bar in the street plays very loud music long into the night, also once a DJ played music on the sports field next to the house until 5 am. Just a thing to keep in mind if you're not comfortable with that.

Perfect localization, especially if you're travelling with children. Big park with a playground right behind the door, best hand made ice cream 20 meters from the apartament, beautifull beach within a very short walk. Perfect spot for snorkling, climbing or just hanging out.
