Car noise in the morning

Please pay more attention to spring cleaning the Apartment, including showers, drains, sleeper couch, remove expired items. Besides this the apartment is comfortable.

Security, close to mall,in-house restaurant , cinema , pool , kids play area, spa . Our host was the best. place, which is great . Netflix , wifi . Top stay 💯

Location was perfect!

Stairs as we are old people.

I recently stayed at a Ballito holiday apartment, and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment itself was beautiful, offering a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The host was very accommodating, making sure all our needs were met and enhancing our overall stay. Highly recommended!

The apartment was pet- friendly and relatively clean.

1. We recently booked for a special weekend but sadly had to vacate the apartment at 10pm on our 1st night because we discovered there was an infestation of ants on the kitchen countertops, balcony and lounge and going into the bedrooms, which was captured on video. It was obvious we couldn't possibly stay for a night even though we booked and paid for two. This was not only very disappointing but very inconvenient to move out late at night. This was not conducive for us but more so for our 6 month old toypom puppy. We called the owner who was very apologetic and promised us a full refund which was R2700 but to date, refused to follow through as only R1080 was refunded, after much delay and excuses. 2.The apartment was on the 2nd floor- too many flights of stairs to climb with luggage and shopping. 3. No air-conditioning in apartment.

The location was great!

I liked everything. Had no challenges.
