Casa Rural Rocío -Caminito del Rey

Comfortable beds, we slept well after a long trip. Very kind and hospitable hosts. Silence that is mesmerizing and stars that only exist in the mountains. The house has all the appliances and utensils. Air conditioners. Nearby is Camina del Rey. This is a separate house, 800 meters from the village on an unpaved road. It was raining heavily and we did not risk driving home in our car. Huge thanks to the hosts who drove us to this house late at night on their bus and took us back early in the morning. If the weather is dry, you will get to this house without problems, but I would not risk it in a mono-drive car on highway tires in the rain (there is a slope and the soil is very slippery in this place). Call the owner of the house, he will kindly help you. We will definitely come again, but in good weather)))

The house is difficult to reach by car in the rain, as there are 800 meters of dirt road. Be extremely careful or ask the owner to take you there, leaving the car in the free parking lot in the village.

Peacefull surrounding. It was the first time, we have met so well equiped apartment. Tootbrushes, facial cleaner, hair straightener, cofee, tea, mini bar, water, champagne and many more. Perfect location for relax and short trips in neighbourhood.

It is better to find the house during the day, it was a bit difficult at night :)

Very spacious

The property was very clean and serene. Getting in and out of the property with our car was very simple thanks to the automated gate.

Only negative I could give is that the path/ road leading to the villa is not paved, kind of off road ish; which isn't the fault of the homeowner.

1 Km unsealed road, but it wasn't that bad considering all the other positives

It was off road and we couldn't find it straight away but after contacting the owner we were met in the village and guided to the property. The view was beautiful. There was everything you need to stay there with family and kids for few days or a week. Very good facilities. Free mineral water and treats. Very suitable location if you are planning to visit Camino Del Rey the next day. We all loved it.
