Apartamento en Casa Patio "Pan y Conejo"

It is a good location, a quiet place, and it is easy to find (good contact with the owner via WhatsApp). A plus is the small Carrefour market nearby.

It is very uncomfortable as the room is very small, dark and cold (Fortunately the owner gave us a radiator!). It does not fit with the description, as we booked a 30 mp apartment featuring 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchenette, 1 bathroom, patio and terrace (as described on the site), and we received (at a very high price i.e 117 Euros/night) a room so small that we didn't have where to put our baggage, and having a ceiling so low that my husband injured his head and had to walk bent over to avoid hitting himself again. I asked the owner where the second room was, to put at least the baggage, and he explained that the room was locked and it would be opened for bigger groups and not for two people (although when we booked the apartment the description specified "30 mp, two bedrooms" for two people! Anyhow, I don't know how it can be booked for a group, as the bathroom is attached to a bedroom, and people from another bedroom have to go through other people's rooms to go to the bathroom! I asked for the terrace, too, as in the description the apartment features a terrace, but the owner told me that it exists, indeed, but it is for his private use!.... We were very disturbed, also, by the bed linen, which was made of a synthetic material, which slid off the bed and the duvet ...The kitchenette was so small, having two small chairs, making it impossible for two people to drink a coffee at the table! This accommodation does not deserve its price or its booking score!!! The score does not reflect reality at all! The owner should amend the description on booking.com, for two persons! Very bad price/quality ratio!!

Great location and adorable place.

Perfect location, but still totally quiet. The best mattrasses you can imagine. Charming, lovely interior. We’ve got fresh flowers in every room which is absolutely unique.

If you are taller than 180 and/or bigger than 90kgs it is not the most comfortable accomodation for you

Very lovely owner, great location.

- No parking onsite but there is a paid parking garage only 2 minutes away. - In the kitchen there is a hot plate but a microwave would have been useful for longer stays.

The location and facilities were excellent. The host was welcoming and helpful. The apartment was very clean and perfect for our family. There was a bed and a pullout sofa in the main area and a separate bedroom. The patio was a great extra.

The second room may not be ideal for older people as they need to cross through the courtyard to use the toilet in the main room, most difficult in middle of night. That is only something to consider. Aside from this, this is one of the nicest and most value for money places we have ever stayed, anywhere. Great find

A Home from home instantly! Sensitively and thoughtfully styled with eclectic mix of quality furnishings. Much, much more than just somewhere to lay your head. You were made to feel that it was yours and you were central to it. Everything you needed was there. The design of the Apartment was perfectly thought out for an open plan space and the quality of fittings were stylish and of quality. The location was perfect for Restaurants; eateries; shops; bars; major tourist attractions and more. Miguel is such a warm and welcoming host. I highly recommend you stay. I will go back for sure.
