"Superb"

Clean and modern decor

Very cold inside upon arrival Towels not inside bathroom (but in bedroom) Was responsible for taking out trash which had to be accessed in rear parking lot down fire escape stairs

"We never stayed in the location, could not enter the building"

We did not stay at this location. It was totally inaccessible. I did inform the host way ahead of time i was physically challenged could not climb steps and wanted ground floor. They allocated first floor apartment which i could not get into.I was extremely tired after driving long hours in a car from Virginia to Philadelphia, we reached the location late in the evening on JUNE 11TH. I was forced to book another hotel to stay.

Accessibility into the building, ground floor would have been a little better but very difficult for a person in wheelchair. The host could have informed me the building was not wheelchair accessible. They could have refunded my money back ,its been more than a week, i don't have my money back. $843.40

"Nice apartment close to UPenn"

The apartment was exactly as photos. Plenty of light and neat. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Shower was outstanding. Kitchen is small but had all we needed. Location is outstanding for visiting UPenn (3 min walking).

Property was great. Main negative aspect for us was the lack of a place to leave baggage after checking out. Communication was ok.

"Good"

Perfect location.

Small kitchen and doesnt have enough equipments. Coffee maker was dirty. There were only 2 knives and both are unable to cut. Beds were unconfortable. I believe Fridge was made during WW2. Tried to hand towel but hanger was failed to carry

Great location and a good size. The hot water worked well and it got nice natural light. Overall very comfortable.

The beds were very uncomfortable due to extremely poor quality sheets

"Superb"

Clean , lovely apartment. Very comfortable beds. Home away from home feeling. Perfect Shower, microwave, fridge , ability to cook too.Good location and transportation within close proximity. Close to all shops. Supermarket, bus stop etc Very cosy and warm place. Wifi and TV with good movies were exceptional. Will use again when visiting Philly.

Nothing really . Except will be nice to have fresh bedsheets to change to every three days or five days as I stayed for almost two weeks.
