There is privacy and not a lot of craziness around the area. Enjoyed the quietness too.

There is wifi issues. Before our arrival there was no information about furniture missing in the home. We were told last minute and had to arrange to be in the vacation home to wait for the delivery company to deliver the couch halfway through our stay. A pool company truck would park behind your vehicle and block you in.
