Place very calm and all things is near to you.

1. The owner is a nice guy. Son is a translator for English. 2. Quiet neighborhood. 3. Walk to downtown for grocery....about 20 minutes, then to the old Kasbah, harbour area and beach. Portuguese Cistern is closed As of January, 2025 due to roof collapsed. Check Google before you go....there is no need for taxi to downtown from apartment. But you need taxi if from CTM bus station to apartment with luggage. About $1-2 per ride. 4. No washing machine, but owner offers free laundry. It was nice!! Even there is washing machine in the apartment, clothes can not be dried. The apartment is on the first floor, there is no sun heat to dry up clothes. The best way is just to give owner the clothes to wash and dry up. 5. Close the windows if you have food in the kitchen....cats will come in from the windows. 6. The apartment air flows are good. 7. Bath hot water and kitchen are functioning... 8. Everything as photos. 9. The best experience is to sleep at night.....I think it's very quiet to me.

Everything is so outdated....bring you back at least 40 years ago...if you don't mind. The value is there which I paid for it....at least ...a private apartment, not a room. I don't complain. But I just need time to get used to it.

Very quiet little street. Nice comfortable apartment. I did not use the kitchen, so I cannot comment on it.

The landlord does not seem to receive messages via booking.com, but contacting him via his phone number works fine.

Nice spacious apartment with everything you could need and cafes within a short walk. The host was so kind and welcoming, I was sad to only stay one night!

The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. The communication was very good and the appartement is spacious, very clean and provided everything we could wish for. Thank you so much for the excellent stay, we would return any time!

Location is in residential area, works fine if you have your own car and parking is easy - there are eateries in walking distance though Good value for a 2 bed apartment - the hosts live upstairs

Some confusion on arrival due to a double booking but the host sorted it out quickly Bathroom is difficult as it's small and the shower is above the toilet so everything gets wet, sink in a different room

Bedroom was bright Family is very friendly The area is nice and local, still close to the city and the beach Lots of shops around We enjoyed the local life close by

The kitchen could have been cleaner
