My room had a balcony which was a bonus to observe street life over a drink (complementary from the host).

The bathroom is just a long narrow corridor and a bit tight for space. The room does not come with a key to the lift to the second floor. As such it is very problematic for elderly people and/or those carrying heavy luggage.

I had a truly fantastic stay at Kaktus B&B in Bari! From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed by the incredibly kind and attentive staff; they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The environment is cozy, stylish, and spotlessly clean, creating the perfect space to relax after a day of exploring. I also loved the thoughtful details throughout the B&B that made it feel like a home away from home. The location is ideal..perfectly situated for visiting both Bari and the beautiful surrounding areas. I can’t recommend Kaktus B&B enough to anyone planning a trip to Bari. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back!

Close to the city

Don’t even count on sleeping, you hear every single sound, flushing in this house is like being in a waterpark surrounded by slides. More exhausted than rested after this stay. Finding parking is mission impossible but that’s the problem of staying in the city I guess

Bad communication since the host not speak English! Not recommend!

The hotel is perfectly located in the very short distance from the old town and the main pedestrian street. The comfort and cleanness were more than perfect.

The negative comment does not refer to the work of the hotel's owners and team members. They are more than great! The negative comment reffers to the guests behaviour. Unfortunately our stay/ sleep/ during the last 3d night (approximately at midnight) were aggressively disturbed by other guests who wanted to enter our room, when we were sleeping. These guest were aggressive, welling, trying to put a key in our door and ringing. We were shocked & stressed. After a while someone open them a place and the guests became calm. We didn't succeed to have a good healthy sleep, just the day before our return home. At the morning at 10AM we left the keys from our studio on the reception, as we were instructed. There were no body to receive the keys and we went to the airport.

Good location, walking distance from the Old Town (10 to 15 minutes). Clean, sunny and large room. Coffee Machine accessible. The room is decorated with some artistic spirit. We would definitely be back and again in Kaktus. The host is very nice and helpful. Overall enjoyable experience. And there is a shop with wine from the taps, across the street. I would recommend!

Apart from the crazy - small and loud elevator in the building, everything was perfect.

Excellent communication and advice on the phone as to where to park. Excellent ensuite and balcony.
