The place was very centrally located and a block off of University Avenue which made it easy to get around. The beds were comfortable, showers were warm and comfortable. It got a boot cold in Phoenix and the thermostat wasn’t working well. Matt was responsive and had a technician come out and the problem was solved. When making coffee don’t use paper filters, the metal basket worked much better. Use a medium to coarse grind. We had some problems due to using a too fine grind. Once we made the changes, coffee was great. You can watch the nice large screen TV, but make sure you have your streaming passwords available. Enjoyed sitting in the enclosed patio. Overall it was all we could have wished for.
