Nice and very clean apartment with a great location. The host is very friendly, we got a lot of ideas from him to explore the area as efficiently as possible.

We liked it. The hosts were very friendly, super responsive online and on the phone, and gave us a lot of valuable info as to which sites to visit. We enjoyed the Orrido di Bellano the most. Thank you! The flat was good, very quiet, our windows were facing the inner courtyard so no noise from the street as others mention and also zero noise from the river. Only noise was only occasionally when the neighbours were coming up and down the stairs but honestly the building was super quiet! The flat was equipped with almost all things necessary, the only things that we could mention was no microwave (but a good working oven, we used that), and the kettle wasn’t working so we again used the oven. Flat was warm. WiFi was great. Beds were comfortable. Another thing that we could mention is that the flat did not have the bedroom fully isolated from the living room (the wall didn’t reach the ceiling fully) and therefore if the person who sleeps on the couch in the living room area wants to wake up early then everyone in the flat will wake up as the bedroom is not really separate from the living room. Light as well - if there’s light switched on in the bedroom / living room then the other room will be bright too. Therefore you need to consider that of you are on a slightly different sleeping schedule. If you go to bed and wake up at the same time then that’s not an issue. Also as a suggestion it would be great to have 2 more bins: our flat only had bins for glass and paper, but it would’ve been great to have one for plastic and mixed waste as well! Also we enjoyed having the washing machine, was great to wash your stuff after the day of exploring.

The walls in the bedroom seemed very thin. Neighbours talking could be heard quite loudly in the there in the afternoons. At night there were never any issues with noise, though.

I was getting a bit annoyed by the shower drain which drains really slow. That could be a good improvement.

The accommodation is in a very good area, within walking distance of the city centre. The apartment is well equipped, quite, we found everything we needed. The bathroom was surprisingly clean

Plates and glasses had to be rewashed, but not a big deal

Very spacious, well equipped apartman. We had free coffee. Host was nice and told everything in time. Very good location. It worthed the price, which was totally correct.

We missed only little things. For example if you give free soap, there should be a soap dish for it. It is a cheap thing but makes more comfort for guests while staying there.
