The location was excellent. Close to the station and everything in Vernazza. Beautiful view of the village from the living room. Even though it was noisy and busy during the day, at night with the windows closed, it was quiet for sleeping, The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a great stay. The photos on line are very accurate. Anna Lisa, the host was so helpful and friendly. She replied to any questions immediately and recommended great restaurants. Highly recommended.

VERY good location close to the train station and right on the main square, spacious one bedroom with large living room, and large bathroom as well. Responsive host.

Could have been perfect but there were a few things we didn't care for such as the internet was very slow and there were big bags of something (maybe linens) and trash inside the main door before you head up the stairs to the apartment. The Air-conditioning is only in the living room and the standing fan in the bedroom wasn't very effective at keeping the bedroom cool. A toaster would be a welcome addition.

Location , comfort and kindness of host.

The location is conveniently located very very close to the train station. And yet noise from passing trains is barely noticeable. It’s a short walk downward to the Harbour passing most of the shops iand restaurants as well as further up the main road to more restaurants. It’s 29 exterior steps from the main road to the front door, and 13 more once inside the building. This is a small number compared to most locations. My only complaint is the lighting in the stairway. It’s on a timer and set for only a very few minutes. So have the flashlight on your iPhone ready because by the time you get to the top of the stairs and try to figure out the fussy lock leading into the apartment, the stairway light will be out. The apartment seems recently renovated, nicely appointed and quite comfortable. Though it’s not mentioned in the Booking.com info, there is a microwave. Having a clothes washer is a great convenience, but you should be aware that it takes a long time for them to dry on a rack. I brought mine to the small laundromat next to the post office on the other side of the tracks. And while there, be sure to try the pastry next door at Il Pirate, the best in town. Though the owner lives offsite, I never had a problem and always got a quick response to any questions I might have.

Annalisa was fantastic! The apartment was clean, well appointed, centrally located, and met our every need. Whatever the question, Annalisa was very quick to respond to our questions and offered great recommendations! We would highly recommend LA Casa Di Mina for those staying in Vernazza.

We enjoyed everything, even the street noise outside the window! (Just close the windows).
