"Enjoyable stay."

Good location. Spotlessly clean. Hosts v friendly. Easy parking and easy to find. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice. Would recommend.

Only thing I felt was that room needed to be warmer (it was 1 degree outside and v cold) on arrival as it was cold. It did warm up but took a little while.

Exellent hosts, very friendly. Made me feel at home immediately. Delicious breakfast. A short walk into Horncastle. Only 7 miles from Cadwell park. Off road parking. Highly recommended.

Birch house is like a home from home. Claire and Simon couldn't do enough to make our stay just perfect. They even provided us with a pack lunch to take with us on our days at Cadwell Park. Even made room to store my bike in their garage.
