Soltana Nature Residences Unit 7F - Lapu-lapu City

The location was very good. As its set back from the road its very quiet. The shopping mall is ten minutes walk but there are plenty of tricycle taxis going past. The staff were very helpful and polite and nothing was to much trouble for them. The condo is a one bedroomed condo rather than a studio. The layout is great for two people and I felt very much at home. There are a few very minor things I think it could do with a micro wave and a few of the fittings could do with some tlc. Apart from that I really enjoyed staying at the property and in my opinion it is scored lower than what it should be. I can not speak for other travellers but for me I enjoyed staying there and would certainly return if I am in that area again.

There wasn't really anything I did not like. I think who ever owns it next time they visit the condo could spend a little bit of time updating it in a few areas and it would be spot on and probably in-between 8 and 9.

The owner of the unit we booked was very unclear and confusing. She told us to cancel the unit because it already sold out to Agoda. To think it's not our fault and we have babies with us.

Es war nicht sauber. Falsche Angaben Anzahl der Zimmer , kein w-lan, Geschirr nur für zwei Personen obwohl wir zu viert waren, kaputte Möbeln. Halbes Jahr später kam eine Antwort wegen falsche Info des Zimmers, das heißt hatten vier Tage Zeit um zu stornieren. Waschbecken verstopft wurden erst informiert nach dem wir schon da waren. Bis zum Auszug hatten wir kein w-lan.

I liked the swimming pool and the separate bedroom.

I rated the location a little lower simply because the apartment was on the 11th floor and I did not feel comfortable so high up without protection. The gap in the middle of the floors is large and scary and the open design barrier feels inadequate and a temptation for those who want to climb over and jump. The building has vastly improved since previous reviews. Work is ongoing and it will be a very nice place. However, I really do not like the large gap and safety barriers. I was definitely walking close to the walls.

NO SHOWER! Shower water heating device shocks with electricity when you take a shower. Means it is dangerous! Provided solution was to use a bucket. I am very unhappy that I needed to heat water with Toilet sink is clogged. Owner cleaned it with chemicals, but it became clogged 1 day later. Not enough kitchen tools: no, knife, no chopping board, no pot for boiling, not enough others (plates, spoons etc.) Air cond is above the bed in the bedroom, so it is very cold in the bedroom and hot in the living room. I believe that the flat is not ready for usage.

The shower room is dirty and the shower head is grounded no signal of.internet,Television is not functioning it is not recommendable to stay here i 'm sorry to tell this,,
