-The staff is very friendly and really tries to help with all questions. We are very grateful that they tried to prepare a delicious lunch for us (we don't eat spicy food, so they prepared lunch for us separately). The location is quite good, not far from Mall Road. -There is a microwave on the floor. -We had a very nice view from the window, as well as a balcony.

The room and bathroom are very cold. We often had no hot water, I don't know what the problem was. A heater is provided, but it costs quite a bit of money. The kitchen was shared on the floor, but there was nothing to cook on, no tiles (we expected at least that, because we saw in the room description that "Kitchen" was included). The Wi-Fi was very unstable.

Property is very beautiful and centralely located. We booked for 5 day and due to Snow fall my wife is felling cold so we shift our plan to Chandigarh and property host understood our problem and allow us to pay one day. More over he help us in booking a cab. Such a understand polite gesture by host we like the most. We will definitely visit again in summers. Thanks for the hospitality.

The room was decent and clean. A heater was available for an additional cost, which was helpful. They serve really good meals adapted to travellers who are not used to the indian spicy foods. You also get a filtered water jar which is also a plus! Overall, a satisfactory stay.

Beautiful mountain view, comfortable/cozy atmosphere and, most importantly, very helpful and friendly staff!

Wifi was a bit slow.
