Guest and the City - Group Bookings

The room next to mine were having a party. People coming and going all night right through to morning. The shower was broken. My room was too cold. The WiFi was down in the morning so I couldn't check my train times or message anyone, and the TV didn't work without WiFi. This place was much better a year ago.

Completely basic

It is an extremely safe stay in a brilliant location. Communication with staff is fantastic. Kyle was extremely helpful and would help you with any query you may have. Marvellous.

I can’t say a bad word about the property. Great location, facilities and value for money.

Staff were lovely. Kyle was very keen to help and sort out the problems. He even came down to the property to check things had been sorted.

The room wasn't clean when we arrived. Issues re parking which wasn't clear when booking. Very noisy night with guests arriving very late at night and the property design means you can hear every door opening and closing. We were right next door to the front door which meant we were woken at least 5 times between 11pm and 5 am Light in the room never properly went out which meant the room was lit. I imagine it was a safety thing, but very annoying. No bedside lamp and no mirror. Agreed a late check out, which was forgotten about.
