"Disappointing"

Our rooms had aircon and were warm enough, given the freezing temperatures outside.

Towels were not up to standard at all for a B & B. They were paper thin, no longer white, and worn out. The shower was bad, water went hot & cold if a guest next door used water.. No outside lights. Not what we expected from booking.com We travel extensively both locally and internationally and expect better standards.
