"Great place, extremely clean, good value for money"

We were upgraded to a different venue upon collection of the keys, we would have preferred to not be on the ground floor, however it was a great place and fully equipped for self catering.

Ground floor and multiple large windows felt a little exposed and it is a busy place so lots of people out and about late on the Wednesday night.

"Moved to a different property without an option"

I can't review what we booked because we were moved to another location. This seems to happen a lot at this place. The couple checking in before me had also been moved. Weren't happy and got moved again.

1. Not staying where we booked. And without a choice in the matter 2. Where we were moved to (ty eldeston) was a lovely property but, was noisy, too close to the pavement with secondary glazing, lights didn't work needing new bulbs and the tvs occasional didn't work.

"Beautiful view!"

We were upgraded to Ty Belgrave which was on the promenade! Excellent views! Can't complain! The apartment had everything that we need and it was neat and clean!
