8BR Resort - Cinema, Themed Rooms, Jacuzzi & Game Room!

Everything was great and spacious for our family of 15

The host of the project always emailed back and fixed the concerns we had

We enjoyed everything about the home except there was an issue with power going out and no power in some upstairs rooms

Power outage issue

Perfect locations, great facilities, hosts were very helpful

There was damage to some of the furniture when we arrived. Hosts quickly assisted with this matter.

I didn’t like anything about this stay we had to leave early due to issue at the property

I would not book with this property on 7/25/25 I arrived to this property. Upon arrival I notice not toilet paper was In the home. Some room was missing towels. One of the beds didn’t have a blanket on it. The pool had proven pavers very dangerous. We turned to oven on to bake bread and the whole house became Smokey that was due to the bottom the oven being so nasty. The second floor carpet was coming up. The biggest issue was around 2am our last guest came and she went to go get food from the kitchen, she was met by roaches. I contact the property and told them we would be leaving due to all the issue. The kept saying the would come spray and look at everything. I had kids who couldn’t stay in these conditions. We left early and got 5 hotels room to accommodate my party. I have yet to receive a refund because they are given booking.com a hard time. I have asked for my refund over and over given the run around. I would not book any property of this company. I highly don’t recommend.

The location was great, felt super safe there, and the size of the house was amazing!

The bottle of wine that was promised wasn’t there, there were roaches in the house, and the dishes displayed on the table and bar top were dirty upon arrival.

My grandmother enjoyed the complimentary wine.

When it was time to check in, we had to wait outside for 30 minutes until they finished cleaning. Finally, when they finished, I did a walk-through, and I spotted blood on one of the beds. Poop was on the toilet. Later that day, the sliding door to the pool did not lock. The second-floor power kept going out. Paid for the jacuzzi did not get hot . The manager was very rude.
