Skard Cottages

Die Abgelegenheit ist klasse. Isländer direkt vor der Tür. Zu viert aber nur für eine Nacht in Ordnung, da das Sofa halt nicht für länger geeignet ist. Aber zu zweit (oder mit Kind) ist diese Unterkunft traumhaft. Küche könnte noch etwas besser ausgestattet sein.

The place was a lttle hard to find but an excellent stay!

The cottage was clean, cozy, and very quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

The property is beautiful. We had no contact with the owners, which is OK but it would have been nice to at least know who to contact if something went wrong.

We have had a wonderful trip in Iceland. However, this stop we regret. There were bed bugs in our cabin. The bed was so soft that we had the kids sleep on the bed and the adults slept on the pull-out couch. The kids now have bed bug bites on their hands, arms, legs and neck. The shower temperature was lukewarm and smells like sulphur. From the outside the cabins are beautiful.

One of the best places we stayed in iceland. Beautiful property and beautiful cottage. Wish we stayed there longer!

I loved the privacy, the friendly horses, the view, the fast response of the owner. Very comfortable cottage with kitchen and all necessary appliances, (very handy since we did grocery shopping at the supermarket.) I would have loved staying longer, but had to continue the ring road.
