"A nice stay but needs some TLC"

The king bed and pillows in this house were my favorite. It was extremely comfortable and I wouldn't change anything about it.
Some of the fixtures on the doors and kitchen cabinets, bathroom shower body and the kitchen appliances even, were a bit dated. It wasn't terrible but some 21st century updates would be a nice touch for this house. Also while preparing breakfast and going to use the pots/pans available, my wife found 2 roaches in their pot/pan. Also the lower cabinetry under the kitchen sink had a slight smell with this old looking carpet acting as a liner to all the shelves. That lower half could use some TLC.
