It is really well placed, closed to winter attractions, in the pure lapland land. The structure was pretty new and the house it self was really nice. The sauna is the best part of the apartment.

The house with 4 guests isn't that great, not enough room, but is it's just for one day, it can go.

The location is ideal it’s 2 minutes walk to the point zero . New building, the sauna and the big dryer for clothes was a big plus. Has all the stuff if need cooking. Luggage storage option. Very prompt communication with the landlord.

It was cold upon arrival and we felt chilly for a good while before some heating kicked in. On the manual it says it takes 12 hours for the underfloor heating to kick in / increase. We checked in around 7 pm and stayed only one night so we did feel cold overnight. We were 4 people and it was very small, when sofa was unfolded and made into a bed it left only around 50cm to be able to pass through to the bedroom. It would be ideal for two people not more, but if you only need to crash and you are out and about all day then it should be ok.

The property is modern and clean and has great facilities. The kitchen had all we needed and the bonus of a sauna in the bathroom was great after a day on the slopes. Its so close a ski hire shop and a chairlift so location was great.

The living area with the sofa bed is not huge so i would say this is great for families or a group of 3 like us but not for 2 couples.

Rooms were quite small. 4 adults would be a challenge.
