Very cosy place . Welcoming neighbours and 1hrs drive to all kids amenities

All was well .

We went to Parklife festival, had no noise complaints, showers and beds were good, WiFi and tv

Staff member on the phone was rude

It was spacious and the furniture looked nice and fairly new. Also there were 2 working WCs - one room has an en-suite.

Upon arrival all the lights did not turn on and we had to locate the switchboard to turn everything on. Luckily we knew what to do. Also there was water over the kitchen floor with a dirty mop bucket in the middle. On the first night (out of 3 nights) we realised that all the bedding in every room was dirty so we contacted the management to sort it out immediately which they came to sort out the next day. However the first night was quite uncomfortable due to the bedding being dirty. Also the house could do with a few extra mirrors as there was only 1 mirror in 1 bathroom. There were 2 shower rooms and 1 bathroom - however one shower room did not give out hot water. Also there are no locks on any of the WC doors and bathrooms. Also the doors are very heavy which tend to slam a lot due to the mechanism above the doors.
