We did not get to stay because the unit was not ready. Host told us 2pm check in. But then told is unit will be ready at 4pm. So we waited. Then by 4 they said its 5pm, by 5pm they said its 6pm. By 6pm they said its 7pm. We are still waiting for the refund and they arent responsive

We don't recommend grace Residences, it sucks! We didn't get our refund. No updates!

No updates. Paasa din yung naka usap namin online. We paid it in full pero walang nangyari! Poor customer service.

I have booked the room in the evening seeing from their policies that check in can be until 9:00pm. I went to the building and by 7pm and contacted the property owner and told me that room is not available. They have cancelled the booking and did not facilitate the refund. They just took my money!!! Someone should report this owner

The host cancelled on us last minute, made us do last minute booking on another property, and did not refund our payment.

Location and Swimming Pool.

Internet connection and no free drinking water in the unit.
