MYRoomy, clean and stylish. Great location for Mersing ferry terminal.
MYExcellent location with lots of stores and restaurant nearby. Around a 5 minutes walk to Mersing Jetty if you are travelling to Tioman Island. Room is exceptional, huge and includes everything you need. The property manager Rina is also very friendly.
Price is a bit steep around the area, but I do not think you can get anything else of this quality.
MYThe location was perfect. The place was clean and very welcoming. Very friendly location and near facilities. Food and other amenities were nearby.
Just few things for the owner to consider. The windows are not sound-proof and you can hear motorcycles or mat rempits in the middle of the night. No good for light sleeper. For muslims guests, best that you have the Qiblat sign and also a prayer mat.
GBThe studio was beautifully appointed. We really appreciated the excellent air conditioning and the facilities were superb. We only stayed the night but it was perfect for our needs.

The AC was off when I arrived, so the apartment was boiling hot. It took over an hour to cool off even with the AC in full blast. Also, there were no glasses or silverware, which I found odd. The owner said they were in a drawer under the sink, but none of the lower drawers would open.
