interiors were beautiful and facilities all lovely

the entrance to it was really scruffy and unhygienic. I know it is not the owners fault but such a shame as first impressions count so much . it was very hot- seagulls or foxes had got into rubbish bins so there was rotting food and rubbish in the paths up to the steps. People living in the other flats had left piles of rubbish/ empty bottles and glasses from drinking out on the terraces. All just such a shame . The steps are really very steep to climb up into the flat and think perhaps you should more overtly warn about these for people with mobility issues ( or heart issues like my husband ) the flat itself was lovely though

Apparently - the owner sold the parking spot without telling the people that manage the property. They compensated us with free parking at the Podium which was very nice.

It was clean modern and spacious. Great distance from town. Just want we needed as a family and they were very accommodating and gave us access early in the day.

The entrance was a bit dirty as foxes had been through the bins so there was food all over the place and some old broken furniture and the path was a bit unkept. Only criticism inside the property was the induction hob locked and there were no instructions to unlock it. Just mildly inconvenient.

The entrance code provided did not work initially, causing significant delay. The access stairs were very steep, narrow, and lacked handrails, posing a potential safety hazard, especially for those with mobility limitations There was no prior information regarding the challenging nature of the stairs, creating an unexpected accessibility issue. Upon arrival, a homeless person was present near the entrance, engaged in public urination. The apartment had a persistent damp odor throughout, raising concerns about potential moisture or ventilation issues. Clear communication about access codes and fair warning about the challenging stairs would significantly improve the arrival experience.It is crucial to address the persistent damp odor to ensure a comfortable and healthy living environment.

Entrance and signage to the property was really poor - we struggled to find the apartment Limited lights in the dark on an uneven pathway Luggage drop off only on single yellow line Stairs to property very steep and dangerous in wet or ice Available parking space not close to apartment and up a very steep hill
